Phone pocket was too small for my phone. Lower hand pockets were small and unlined, so they did not provide comfort or warmth. Hood was not the "drop away", which is more comfortable. Still a very warm parka. I have the previous model that I used as comparison

Nice and warm. I could layer 4 base layers under and still have mobility in the arms which is impressive. The camo in-person is more black than I thought. The advertisement shows more of a gun metal gray in the camo pattern. Overall really happy and hope to see more of this black camo in their other outerwear!

I do a couple dozen days hunting north Idaho between Jam and March. Transport many miles on tracked ATV which has been a challenge to stay warm. I have been using the green Blizzard jacket and pants since last year and they are really great. Was using the Fanactic stuff which was good but not a water proof as Blizzard. MY ONLY NIT-PICK is the semi-reflective giant “Gore-Tex” logo on the sleeve of my new Black Blizzard jacket (see pic). I assume it’s something Gore required because Sitka should know better than making that kind of thing on camo. Granted it’s not close up clothing la la la but still… Anyway, I really thing the Blizzard are great for bad weather. It’s very waterproof. And it’s sort of cool being the Michelin-man because it’s very puffy. 9/10 would really recommend. I am 208 lbs 6’1” and went XL. Very good coverage. PS: it would have to be below zero to do much hiking in this.

My new go-to winter jacket. Have worn it everyday of January so far in sub-zero Northern Michigan temps. Has ample room for layers and isn't bulky like a traditional parka (and arguabley warmer). No compaints at all so far. Expedition fit runs big- I'm 6'5" and a Large fits perfectly.
