This is a must have for any hunt, its ultra light dries stupid fast and fits awesome. I love the hood and chest pocket along with long t-zip which allows me to dump heat on tuff hikes etc. Also the face mask is pretty great when calling in turkey’s or stalking a archery mule deer.

This Hoodie Rocks
My hunting starts in August when temps can be well over 100 degrees. This top is very comfortable and helps keep me as cool as possible. Then it is off to the Mountains in September to hunt Elk. In Tennessee this is the perfect garment for most of the year. Perfect weight for cool mornings and evenings during bow season and through turkey season. Not an outer layer. I have one riddled with snags, pils, burns, and stains. Pilling will even happen if you have straps on top of it so beware of that if you care how pretty it looks. Essential piece of gear that dumps excess heat and moisture and bundles up nice when you need it. Merino is good too but this allows for faster mitigation of heat.
