Super waders would like reinforced knees

Outstanding waders for my Alaska guide work. The knee pads slots are awesome!my only bummer is first day I put a sharp rock through the knee. I patched it quick with the provided repair kit. The knee could use a tough putter protection layer. Great waders . Zipper front does not leak and the way to go

Waders

Would love if the pockets were bigger and the booties were overkill. Those are the only two things I’m disappointed about.

My first wader

This is my first wader. so I purchased it based only on specs. I want something durable that will last and I am familiar with GoreTex so I went with this brand. While in Tennessee, I visited the Sitka store. I had good Customer Service where I was able to try it on and get some more information about the wader. I will be trying these on this coming July 2026. And will provide updated feedback after usage.

Lightweight, flexible, waterproof, clever details

Really like the fit on these waders (M Short, 5'9" 165 lbs) with plenty of adjustable features to get the fit just right. Wore them in the water and while driving to different spots. I appreciate the durability combined with thinness. It's not super thin, but feels thinner than you'd expect with 4-layer Gore-Tex. Feels like they could withstand a beating. The rear net loop is in a great location and feels like it'll last a while (hopefully forever), I like the concealed wading belt — less to snag on, and if you're rocking a hip pack with its own belt, there's just less going on which is nice. There are more pockets than I first noticed — the hand pockets are pretty well hidden on the outer edges, which is nice because they're totally out of the way if you aren't using them. The rubber hemostat stud/strip is well placed (being a right-handed angler) – there could have been a similar detail added for nippers, like a magnet or obvious spot for a retractor to attach, but no big deal if it's on your pack or vest. All in all it feels like you're getting the best you can get, you just gotta log a ton of days on the water to justify the investment :)

Awesome product

I am genuinely very impressed with these waders. The fit, shoulder straps, pockets, even gravel guards are better quality than other known brands in this space. Whether intentional or not, one of my favorite features is the belt design. Instead of individual belt loops, the belt on these waders runs through an enclosed channel around the waist with a small opening directly in the back - PERFECT for holding your net. I've been struggling with finding the best net setup and this solves it completely. Very happy with these.

Great Feel, Tight Fit.

These are great, durable, good looking waders. All the features are solid, and the construction lives up to the brands reputation. However, the mid section is a TIGHT fit. I wear a Large in the Delta Pro's, but wish I had gotten an XL in these. Once zipped, it feels more like a corsette. If you move them down a little so the waist line is below your hips, they feel a little better, but definitely don't plan on layering too much UNDER the wader.

Great waders

I am 6 ft 6 inches 245 LBS I purchased the XLT size and these waders fit me great!! I have used these waders quite a bit this season and have had zero complaints. Would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase new a pair of waders. Zero complaint from me thus far!

Feels great, had to return due to size

If you are familiar with the waterfowl waders, they do not fit the same on the upper. Plan on one size bigger. I wear an XL in the Delta Pro GTX, and need an XXL in these. Material feels bomb proof, and still can't wait to get these exchanged out.

Tough and fully waterproof GORE-TEX waders

They’re tough and fully waterproof thanks to the GORE-TEX build. I’ve spent many days bucking brush, kneeling on rocks, and wading deep without getting wet. The zipper is smooth and drops down low for easy in and out. They also breathe well, so I don’t sweat through my layers.

Dry and Comfortable

I've been impressed by their balance of breathability and durability, with no pinholes or other leaks showing after many miles fishing and guiding out of these waders this past season. Often when you have that kind of durability you have to sacrifice breathability, but I didn't find that to be the case and always felt comfortable while in these. Overall, great waders.

Returned didn’t fit.

Fits way too small. I wear a XL Tall in Simms and Orvis. Could barely zip these up. Very uncomfortable. If you’re going to fit this way at least make an XXL Tall. I would love to wear your gear. I’m super bummed you’re sizing us larger guys out of your gear. I’m 6’4 240. Same thing is happening with your other gear too.

Make MORE gear for women. Love Sitka but limited.
