Highly functional, light weight rain pant. The built in belt makes it easy to throw on over a pair of pants. Enough room to move comfortably, but not bulky so you don't feel like a puff ball going down the trail. Have the Dew Point Jacket and it's my favorite California rain jacket. Highly recommend.

Use it on my boat and kayak for foul weather gear. Packs away easy, keeps the wind off even when it's not rainy. With layers it keeps me completely dry and keeps in the heat. It's actually softer than my snowboarding gore tex, so it's really comfortable and feels natural.

These would be great for uncle Cletus to sit in his deer stand in West Virginia. They won’t work for any type of hiking. Articulated knees would be nice, but even the remotest type of an athletic fit would help.

Hunting in Florida has rainy days. Pants kept me dry even through long walks and heavy brush. The shell kept up heavy brush, and some thorns. No rips, very impressed. Well done Sitka, only complaint is it’s a little loud if your stalking.

I was worried about the material being too think when I first felt these about a year ago. I found the dew point jacket and pants in the outlet for around half price so I purchased both for what one item usually cost. Upon receiving them in the mail I threw them in the back seat of my f250 with my dog and my Sitka waders. The first chance I got to use them I did and was pleasantly surprised with how they performed. I stayed bone dry and they were so easy to get on and off with little effort. It is used over my kelvin aerolite jacket or Dakota hoody. If it really rains then I throw on the ol trusty delta wading jacket when hunting. I have spent a few grand on Sitka gear and I’m always happy with my purchases. They customer service is above what I expected. Their staff is very knowledge and they seem happy with their job which is not seen much these days. All in all, if you can find a deal in these pants BUY THEM. I use them while I work in construction. On the river fishing and when cuttin woodies down in the blind.

I purchased the Dew Point Pants because I live in the South (along the Gulf Coast) and although low temperatures are not an issue on of the time, precipitation is. My favorite outdoor activities which include fishing and sitting in a tree stand in October makes getting wet from rain a real possibility. The Dew Point pants are easy to roll up and pack, easy to slip on, and in combination with a waterproof jacket keeps me dry and comfortable. I’m 5’7” and weigh 165-170 (34 waist) and the size L fits me perfectly.
