Odd fit, size chart is off

Really wanted to like these, but. . . the size chart is way off. I measured dead on a medium which surprised me. They were way too small as I expected. So was the large. I ended up with XL. Still oddly tight in the knuckles, but loose in the palm, and then kinda tight at the wrist. I ski and ice climb and would say I have worn an abnormal amount of gloves in my life. Never had such a strange fit before. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect pair of trigger finger gloves.

Gloves are great for the

Gloves are great for the colder days in mid to late season for Louisiana. They do run small so I would order a size up. For reference I wear a large in the guard equinox gloves and a large for the fanatic doesn’t fit. The extra large fit perfect. Highly recommended for the colder hunts but consider getting a size up.

Good Light Gloves For Early Season

Love the trigger finger cutout for when you need to send one downrange. Won't keep you very warm, but will help with the wind, or the cold metal of your rifle or bow.

Sitka Gear is all I use but these are way tight even in XL can't get them off because finger holes are sewn so tight. I just take the traverse gloves same thing and cut my own fingers off.

Nice light gloves, cell phone capability

These glove are great light, snug gloves that off a little warmth but dexterity and cell, electronics compatibility. They fit really snug, went with large (my normal size) and had to return for XL. I’ve had other Sitka gloves (equinox guard) where medium was best fit so sizing is a bit all over but good once you find the fit.

Gloves to meet the desire

Top with the muffs I am generally a non glove user unless it dips really low. Gloves kept my hands warm and of course more sensitive to my trigger finger. I at this time had harvested anything while wearing them with my bow but late season I will be wearing them.

Wish they offered these in

Wish they offered these in a double XL. I normally wear a XXL glove, but XL is the biggest they make. They were extremely tight, and not warm. I have the rest of the fanatic line up, and love it, but I was extremely upset with these. Way too tight, not warm, and just impractical. Don't even wear them any more. Would like to see a better glove made at this price tag.

A few Tweaks needed

I am a glove snob so there are pros and cons I found. I liked the feel inside the glove and the fit for all the fingers EXCEPT the thumb. The glove size runs pretty tight on the thumb knuckles. Another con is when you go to wipe your nose (which every hunter does) the glove doesn't feel very good on the nose. I like how the glove comes down the wrist just a little and the thickness is about perfect for handheld releases. Not too bulky

Fanatic Glove

It’s a great glove, but it definitely runs small. In my job, i wear latex, rope, extrication, and turnout gloves all being XL. Every other glove i wear is also XL. Ordered the XL fanatic and it is extremely tight. I had to pop a stitch in each finger to keep circulation. I wish i had an opportunity to try on before buying.

Excellent layerable but. .

Excellent gloves, remarkably warm for their thin feel and maneuverable feel. However, the seam created by the orange sitka stripe lays directly over my knuckle, and caused a surpsing mount of irritation on an all day sit . First world problem, but I'm accustomed to Sitka having such well thought out zippers and construction I was surprised by this. Still 5 stars because this may not be an everyone problem. My hands have endured a lot over the years and nerve damage does some weird things.

Good glove better customer service

Great mid Layer

They are good and keep my hands warm until about 35 degrees if it is windy than they get cold a little sooner. Few improvements would be something foldable over the exposed fingers because those get cold still but I like having them exposed. And second would be better grip on the palm and fingers. They’re smooth and when climbing they are the best for grip

I have use the same
