Change is not good
I was on a bear hunt and Manitoba and dropped my one of my original fanatic gloves only to be taken away by a young inquisitive bear. I ordered new ones in a size large, which is my regular size. I could not get them on my hands. I returned them and ordered size extra large. They are still quite snug, I probably will wear my old glove on my left hand and one of the new ones on my right hand, but I am not happy with the sizing. The customer service rep was very nice and explained to me that a couple of years ago, they changed the styling of the fanatic gloves and they are now more for fitting .

DISAPPOINTED
I purchased a pair of this style glove several years ago in an XL. Very high quality as they have lasted this many years. They are finally falling apart after all the abuse. I recently ordered another pair in an XL and just received the them. Went to put them on and they wouldn't even come close to sliding onto my hands! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I really don't understand why you people can't figure out that there are people out there with very large hands and heads. I'm 6'3" 215lbs. and fit. It seems everything is made for someone 5'10" and 150 lbs. I also don't understand how the glove size can change over a couple of years. You guys really need to add a 2XL size to your hat and glove line.

Fingerless is great but need some type of grip
Keep my hands warm and my fingers exposed to play angry birds in the stand, however there is one issue with these there is no kind of grip for clumping tree stands not a big deal but would be a nice plus in the future.

New style is way too small
I used to love these gloves, and own several pairs. Most recent purchase has a logo instead of the orange strip, and something must have changed in their manufacturing. They are comically small. I can't get my hand into the large.

Extremely Impressed !!!
I've collected quite a few pieces of Sitka over the last three years and had the urge to buy something else before this year's PA Rifle Opener. I chose the Fanatic gloves which when they first arrived I wasn't over the top with. They appeared thin and I wasn't sure if they would do the job, but they far exceeded my expectations. The best thing I can tell you is they are part of a system designed to be used with the Hand Muff. I love the fact you can text with the gloves on as that's how we communicate deer movement to one another. I had concerns about the thumb and index fingers being removed, but honestly I barely noticed and appreciated the lack of a glove on my trigger finger. I did put a couple of handwarmers in the muff which served to keep my hands toasty as needed, but honestly I found myself not even putting my hands in the muff very often. I did carry my Incinerator gloves in with me in my cargo box, but next year they won't be making the trip with me unless the temperature is extremely low. BTW I love the Cargo Box, but with everything it holds I made the mistake of putting one of everything in there and felt like a pack mule on my way to the stand. Lesson Learned.

Be careful of stitching
I had bought these gloves just before the season and the top stitching already started to come apart on the top of it, never wore it thru brush or anything just started to come apart already. Does not have any kind of gripping ether so holding things can slip thru the hands.

First these gloves are excellent warm enough for mid temps and great dexterity the downside for me is I have big hands and the xl is small for me to the point that they tore at the seams

Great glove EXCEPT...
I have ran these gloves for years. I love the overall design and fit. I like the lack of grip/ texture in the palm so my bow can do what it needs to when I draw and no additional torque is added. HOWEVER, my big beef with these gloves is the durability. The seam on the fully covered fingers is right in the top and mine blow out right there consistently, usually within the first season. I have had the palm seams get weak as well but they last a little longer than the fingers do. I would love to see the stitching on the tips of the fingers change location and I think that would solve the issue.

I have a ton of Sitka products and to date ALL have been well thought out and fully functional. Despite many of the less then great reviews I purchased these. Sitka definitely missed the mark on these and they should by no means be classified with the Fanatic line. Zero functionality or purpose in the lineup. If you are looking for a glove like this go with the Equinox Guard Glove. They have all the basic features of the Fanatic glove without the super slick palms. Keep in mind neither of these items are designed to provide any kind of thermal protection.

Going on my second season
Going on my second season with these gloves. They provide decent warmth. Fingerless design on the pointer finger and thumb is a must for me for bow hunting. They have held up good. My only complaint is the palms are incredibly slick. An improvement would be to add some texture and I think these would be five stars.

The more I use these
The more I use these gloves the more I like them. They do provide some warmth for as light weight as they are. They have lasted several seasons and still are just about good as new. The only down side to these are that I have huge hands and my thumb and forefinger tend to get circulation cut off. If they had a 2XL these would easily be a 5 star product. They allow you to use everything ( bow, gun, and phone) without having to take of your glove or feel what you are doing with your weapon. I can't speak highly enough about these gloves.

These are super warm for their light weight. I love the fingerless design on the pointer and thumb. Works great with both styles of releases for archery. The palms are so slick. I do wish there was some texture on them. Also had a stitching blowout below my pinky only the third time wearing them. But overall I would buy them again.

Great fit, great design, love them except they wear very quickly. The inner palm side of the glove is wearing out after just one season. I have much cheaper gloves with a rubbery type of material on the palm that I’ve had for years and still no sign of wear. This should be addressed for the price that these thin material gloves go for.

I found that the sizing
I found that the sizing could be adjusted, the large was too tight and the extra large way too big. The warmth I would call decent. Grip would be nice. The durability seems to be a bit lacking as my pair has tiny fibers popping out of them already and they've been used 3 times. I would recommend this product for use with a hand muff or the pouch on the Fanatic Jacket, but I would say this is not yet a true piece of 'Gear'. These are moderately warm light duty fingerless gloves.

Love these gloves for mid
Love these gloves for mid season whitetail. My only nitpick is that you basically have to have your hands in your pockets during late season for your hands to stay warm. I understand they are build to be used in conjunction with the fanatic jacket and its purpose built hand warmer pockets. I personally don't have a bow hook, so I have to hold my bow in my lap the whole hunt. One hand freezes while the other stays nice and warm. I might be in the minority, but I would like to see a windproof/warmer open finger glove. Other than that, they are prefect for shooting. Have good connection with the bow and it doesn't feel squirrelly at all at full draw.
