Great product, nice mid layer to wear over base layer. Normal casual shirts I wear size L. I order Sitka in medium so it's not loose fitting and doesn't snag on branches.

I picked up the Sitka Fanatic Hoodie specifically for a fall bow hunt, but after trying it out, I can already tell this is going to be one of those pieces I reach for way more often than planned. It’s not just a hoodie—it’s a well-thought-out piece of technical gear. First off, the fit is spot-on. I’m 5’7”, 180 lbs, and went with a large. I like a little extra room when I’m layering or drawing a bow, and this gives me that flexibility without feeling oversized or sloppy. It hugs in the right places and moves with you, which is exactly what you want when you’re up in a stand or still-hunting. The design is where it really shines. The built-in face mask is perfect for those crisp morning sits when you need just a bit more concealment and warmth without digging through your pack. The thumbholes are a small detail but make a huge difference when layering—it keeps everything in place and makes transitions super smooth. What I love most, though, is its versatility. It’s clearly designed with bowhunters in mind, but I can easily see this becoming a go-to mid-layer deep into the season. It’s warm without being bulky, quiet, and just flat-out comfortable. Great quality hoodie as to be expected with Sitka. Very versatile piece that can be worn during a range of conditions. Use it as a stand-alone piece or for layering. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Sleeves are too tight around wrists and very uncomfortable.

Loved them so much I wore them all the time. Did not work for my wife so I got grey and green for “normal” days. Excellent pants I wear them almost exclusively when I have a choice.

Whether it’s hunting, fishing, or working outside, this is the go to. From the built in hoody and facemask, to the hand pocket, or flip over finger cover, has it all. Always warm enough yet not too hot in temps up to 70. I work outside and wear it daily.

The Fanatic hoodie is an excellent midlayer, but I have a love/hate relationship with the sleeve/mitten/hand/knuckle cover. I love it because I rarely wear gloves. But I very much dislike it on the rare occasion that I do wear gloves, which results in too much fabric at the wrists with multiple layers.
