Fantastic products!

I have just recently gotten into Sitka gear, and now I am addicted to it. The well thought out placement of the pockets, the durability of the fabric, and the layering system is amazing. I will be buying more shortly!

I love this jacket! It’s the warmest jacket I have found to date. I have 2 of these, one in a large and one in an X-Large for layering in the brutal colds of Canada. A bit on the heavy side, but not much else is needed underneath it. I would highly recommend it and the vest.

Unbelievably warm for the weight. I just wish it had a removable hood so when that winter wind really starts blowing, you have something to protect your neck if you need it. The front hand warmer pocket allow you to do away with heavy gloves.

I have two of these

I have two of these jackets. Super warm. It can be ten degrees outside, and I will wear a tee underneath this only. Never get cold. I have the fanatic bibs also. Top notch as well. It takes a little getting used to the zipper on the jacket, but no problems at all. Wind will not get thru this jacket. . . I wear the black jacket around town because i don't want my smell good sauce getting on my camo hunting fanatic jacket.

I’m 6’00, 180, 44” chest,

I’m 6’00, 180, 44” chest, 29” draw length, 32” waste in jeans and the Large fits me perfectly with room for a light base layer. This Jacket is extremely well thought out for bow hunting. I primarily hunt with a recurve, noise and bulk are not a concern with the fanatic line. I don’t run hot and mostly hunt in S/Oklahoma N/TX so not extremely cold temps but it keeps the wind off and is extremely warm. I also don’t overheat walking in to public wearing the jacket. If you are on the fence, buy it. It’s worth every penny.

Awesome jacket very warm and comfortable. I’m 6’ and 190-195 and a large fits perfect with a T-shirt or light sweatshirt underneath. I use the XL for hunting so I can add a few layers underneath.

If you been on the fence buying one of these for the cold weather just buy it, you won't be disappointed. I just wear a T-shirt under this jacket and I stay warm, it's comfortable and easy to move in. Seriously just buy it, it's that good of a jacket and it's worth your money.

Absolutely best jacket ever for a cold sit. Ohio was getting cold so I got the fanatic set. Best decision I ever made. I was out on a windy day and nothing broke through my layers. Love the design and pockets.

The Warmest Jacket Ever

This jacket is toasty, almost too toasty! When out in the cold, the number one thing you don't want to do is chase the feeling of being warm as if you were in your living room. . . so I strongly suggest that if you're not walking at a snails pace on the way to the blind, stand, or still hunt, get the Fanatic Pack to pack this beast out. If you're rifle hunting, I suggest getting the lefty if you're a righty, and the righty if you're a lefty due to the magnetic chest pocket. When walking/stalking in the ready position, the contents of the pocket will impede your ability to raise your rifle and shoulder it. I see it potentially squeezing the contents of the pocket up and out. Also, expect some stitch popping when pulling the jacket on at first. I strongly suggest the Ambient 100 Jacket to layer underneath and nothing that is of the Stratus Jacket material as it will fight against the inner lining of this jacket like velcro on velcro. The addition of a hood would be wonderful, however with the Ambient 100 Hooded Jacket, it works just fine. Do not size up if you're using Sitka mid layers, as this jacket is designed, as all Sitka Gear is designed, to be layered, so you don't have to account for the size. Only size up if you're not using Sitka mid layers and base layers. Very warm, great features, berber fleece makes it very easy to brush snow off before it melts. I would say for the next design, bring back the nylon loop under the neck above the pocket to loop your bino, range finder, and grunt call lanyard so they do not fall to the ground.
