Best Hunting Clothing

I typically would buy lower grade hunting clothing and just layer better yet like triple layer. I felt like the kid from the Christmas Story..."I can't put my arms down." Now with this system, I am able to move freely and stay nice and toasty!

I recently purchased the fanatic coat and bids. I hunt the Midwest and I hate being cold. The system works great. It is super quiet, easy to wear, has great pocket locations and worked well with layering.

I absolutely love this jacket.

I absolutely love this jacket. It is warm and comfortable. Movement in the jacket is superb and without restriction. There is only one thing about this jacket that I would love to see changed if it is even possible. I would love to see it made where it would stand up to rain and snow better. I understand it is a jacket designed for large game hunting, but is works out amazing duck hunting. I just got back from a trip to Maine, and I can say 100% I could not even tell it was cold outside with 10 inches of snowfall. I wish I would have bought the Fanatic Bibb to go along with it for the trip.

Great quality and fit. A very well thought out and designed piece. I hunt the rivers a lot and the wind and cold can be brutal when traveling to my stands by boat. This gear stops the wind! The Fanatic system was definitely worth the investment..

Fanatic Jacket

Though the Fanatic is great purpose built cold weather jacket it apparently the cut of the Fanatic Jacket is not designed with my body type in mind. At 5'7", 158lbs, I have a 32" waist and 42" chest. I first ordered a size medium which fit too tight across the chest and shoulders even with only a tee shirt on. So I ordered the Large which fit perfect in the chest and shoulder but hung like a bell from the chest down. Way too baggy and bulky for me to wear comfortably. So both were returned and I have to continue my search for the ultimate cold weather bowhunting jacket.

Great jacket. kept me warm in wind/snow mix of opening Ohio gun season. Got this jacket and the rest of the set in XL. Everything fits true to size. At 5'10" and 250 (winter weight i swear) it is close to being snug.

Absolutely love the fanatic line up I bought a couple fanatic jackets this year for a trip out west in the snow, performed perfectly. When they get wet they do take a bit to dry out but other than that best jacket on the market.

I'm really impressed with all of the different features of this jacket that allow easy access to various accessories most bowhunters need when hunting. The built in hand warmer is the best thing since sliced bread!

Must have for cold

Last year we had a very cold 2 weeks and I couldn't get warm while out hunting, well never again. This jacket is AWESOME! I have had plenty of gear to keep me warm over the years, even gear from the Army, and this puts it all to shame. Every single detail of this jacket is well planned for the hunter.

Very warm

I wore the Fanatic Jacket several times in the treestand this season with temps in the teens and twenties. After many hours on stand, I could not feel the outside temperature through the jacket and I stayed very warm throughout. It is by far the best piece of clothing I’ve ever worn. I will be ordering the matching bottom, beanie and neck gaiter soon.

Less layers is good!

I wore my new Fanatic jacket in 25 degrees F with only a wool undershirt, warm as heck on a 2.5 hour sit. I’m pairing it with some Incinerator bibs. Psyched for next season in Northern New York

Solid, late season jacket. Little loud in the neck area when turning the head, but other than that, the jacket is dead silent, and very warm. Don’t zip all the way up if you have a walk longer than 100 yards, you’ll be sweating if you do. Overall, great product.

Warmest jacket I’ve ever owned

This jacket is the warmest jacket I’ve ever owned. I was in temperatures well below freezing, with just this coat and a bass layer and was warm. It run small true to size it

Was gifted the fanatic pants which I was impressed with, decided to get the jacket for late season. I find myself over dressing since I’m not use to a jacket that keeps the heat in this well. I have multiple suits for different weather and climates since these products work so well

Awesome, quiet, and very warm

What can I say that hasn't been said? This is an awesome jacket for Oct-Nov. Beyond comfortable and surprisingly flexible, the Fanatic Jacket is easily one of the Sitka 'must-haves.' I paired my jacket with the Fanatic Bibs, and wow, such warmth. Now it seems I'll be buying a Women's one for my wife to replace her current late season jacket.

Wisconsin Whitetail

The fanatic jacket was a great purchase along with the whole Sitka whitetail system. I as most surprised by how quiet the whole system was. I also was impressed by the warmth and comfort. 20-30’ f with 10-15mph winds

My now favoeite jacket. Its very quiet walking through the woods and kwpt me warm in sub freezing temps in Wisconsin. Only conplaint is length. I wish it was a couple inches longer.

I truly enjoy the pursuit

I truly enjoy the pursuit of whitetail bucks, but the cold weather hampered my efforts. Being frugal the price was a bit of an issue, but losing time in the woods out weighed the cost. I made the purchase, and am ecstatic of the performance. No more shivering, nose dripping and uncomfortable sits. I’m happy to say I am bucked out, and the Sitka gear played a large part in that outcome. If you struggle to stay warm during cold weather this gear will help immensely. Sincerely, Mark Etter
