My everyday guiding shirt

As a fishing guide, I have been waiting to find the perfect shirt for fishing. This shirt is it. It’s very light weight. A little stretch to it. The hood had a great fit which doesn’t fly off when driving the boat as easily as other hooded shirts.

Critical shirt in bug country

If you are planning a trip into some buggy country this shirt is a must have. I wore it for six days straight and it repelled biting flies, deer flies, horse flies, and mosquitoes. Kept me cool even on hot afternoons.

Got no bites while others in the group were. Lighter than other Sun shirts I have and thinner. Will see how it holds up to use. Wish they had it in waterfowl colors for early teal season.

Best fishing shirt hands down

Lightweight and dries fast. Game changer is the bug guard. Not a single mosquito or horsefly bite back in the marshes. Will be ordering more.

Love this hoodie for beating the sun when out on the water or just out in the yard on those hotter days.

Great for those of us who sunburn easy

I grabbed a couple of these to wear on a beach trip because I sunburn very easy. They worked great, very comfortable even in the heat on the Gulf of America Alabama beach. Also, the guard portion did its thing as well-big fan of equinox guard pieces so not surprising these worked great

Excellent fit. Will Wear it fishing/ deer scouting/ camping etc. I order a medium in these but wear a large in most all other Sitka tops.

Sun Hoodie is Perfect!

The most important thing with a shirt like this to me is the fit! From the waist, to the neck, to the sleeves, everything is perfect. Nice fit, so comfortable. Breathes great even in hot weather!

This is my preferred shirt for daily summertime wear. Great for trap shooting or taking the 2 Labradors on an off lead jaunt. I got one with the permethrin coating to repel insects and it works!!!

great fit and material

The fit around the neck seems quite tight compared the to standard sun hoodie and I don't think I have a giant head. It's probably a design feature as part of the guard series and definitely not a drawback for me. Once it's on, material and fit seem great! Can't wait to take it out on a trip!

Perfect for fishing!

Purchased for a fishing trip to Honduras. Wore it every day whether we fished, snorkeled, explored, or just lounged and it was perfect!

Needs a pullover mask!
