Have been the best heavyweight bottoms I've tried yet was on a week long idaho mule deer hunting late October in about 8 inches of snow at about 20 degrees worn these and the timberline pants was very comfortable

I was looking for a good base layer when I purchased these and they did not disappoint. I wear these under my stratus bibs with the 1/4 zip 330 merino top and I’m good down to 15-20 degrees

Keep warm on cold sits

These bottoms are great for long non active sits. With weather below 40 I have never felt a chill.

These bottoms were much thicker and warmer than I expected them to be. Might be my skinny build but they fit more like a hybrid legging/long john than true leggings like Nike Pro Combat items. Perfect during late season under Gradient pants.

Heavy weight bottoms

I have a lot of sitka and it's my go to, but I have trouble with the heavy weight bottoms. The waist elastic rolls into a small band and cuts into my skin, I've been tucking in a T-shirt to get some relief. Can't wait to get them off after a long day. Otherwise they are great.

Sitka gear is expensive but

Sitka gear is expensive but the quality is the best of any outdoor clothing company I have ever worn. My only complaint is with the inseam length for their pants. I wish they had shorter lengths, especially for garments with full length zippers that can’t be altered.

Sitka system worked great on my Northern WI bobcat hunt! Kept me warm when we were waiting and comfortable when we were walking through the swamp.

Hunted for days in zero and below in layout blinds,never got cold on the lower parts of my body, I would get over heated when out moving decoys and other physical work.best I have found. Highly recommend,thanks Sitka keep up the great research and development.

I recently purchase a pair

I recently purchase a pair of the Heavyweight Bottoms for a whitetail hunt in KY. Temps were in the teens every morning, the Heavyweight bibs coupled with the Stratus bibs kept me comfortable all day long. I will be ordering another pair soon.

Christmas present for the boyfriend

Christmas present for the boyfriend and man does he love it! He is in-between sizes and sized down to the medium and its perfect even with a little extra room to spare. First day out in them it was 15 degrees and he stayed warm for a few hours.

I purchased this for ice

I purchased this for ice fishing and hunting seasons. I wore this with 20 degree temps, 25 mph wind, and snow. I was plenty warm. This is the pair you are looking for when the temps dip!

Nothing bad to say about

Nothing bad to say about these, I wear them over my LW leggings when it gets cold and they do a great job at keeping you warm. I also wear them in my sleeping bag when it’s cold out. Keeps some funk out of my bag and adds some warmth to me. I wear 36x34 Levi’s and Sitka L bottom bases fit great.

Its been hitting into the

Its been hitting into the negatives hear in SE Idaho south of Yellowstone. We had an early freeze that's made hunting insanely difficult and insanely frozen. However, I have yet to be cold. I wear these under my gradient pants in the waders and at -5 I could almost pass out in the blind I'm so comfortable! Absolutely wonderful. Wish I could get these in a long sleeve top as a base layer.

Great base layer. It is a bit snug, but it is supposed to be. They get it done in cold temps. I have used these in mid to late seasons. I have even used the as sleeping pants during camping. They don't ride up or bunch up behind your knees. You get what you pay for and these are well worth it.
