Best overall jacket I’ve ever had. Waterproof ? Yup Windproof ? Yup Awesome pockets? Yup From Northern Vermont. This jacket is worn 150 days a year minimum.

Wore this jacket for the first time for late season opener. It rained from 4am till 12pm and I was bone dry at 2pm when I left and just as warm as I was started hunting that am.

Love it, I’m 6’2 230 athletic build and it’s a little big but I’ve noticed most everything from Sitka runs a little big. I would definitely recommend!

The only thing I love more than this jacket, is the Hudson bibs that go with it. I bought one and loved it enough I bought a 2nd one for my dad for Christmas.

Quality Coat

I'm quite pleased with the Hudson. It fits well, but make sure to size up if you plan on layering something thick like the Duck Oven under it. I am 6', 175lbs, and got a Large. It will not comfortably fit the Large Duck Oven under it for me. I use it when fishing in single digit Temps and it's warm and comfortable. All I could ask for in a coat.

Exactly what I was looking for

Needed a sort of all in one jacket, because I always felt that I could never get layers right underneath a decent waterfowl shell. This jacket works great to both keep moisture out, and heat in. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for in a waterfowl jacket.

I’ve been meaning to add this piece to my duck hunting clothing, as the norm with everything I own from Sitka, it’s fantastic. Perfect for layering on those cold hunts!!

First Sitka

This is my first purchase, I have hunted 3 times with it, didn’t get much for cold weather to really test it. Fits great and feels good.

Great waterproof

Have tripped in the lake and face planted and this still keeps me dry. Keep the wrists velcroed tight and the only place water comes in is the neck so just keep your head up if you're going swimming! (Or don't be a clutz and go swimming in the first place haha)

I just made a crane hunt with the winds 15-20 mph. And 38 degrees this is bad ass stuff

There is no replacement for this jacket. Warm, dry, and comfortable. Fits to size and no bulk, pockets where they need to be!

Hudson Jacket size medium

First day with new jacket- hunted in pouring rain- all good. Was not cold-38 degrees so waiting for below freezing temps to see how warm the jacket is.

I ordered the Hudson based

I ordered the Hudson based off of the traverse fit and it is way bigger. I haven’t worn it yet due to it being 60° in Arkansas still. I tried it on when it came in but was pretty disappointed in the fit considering it is such an expensive jacket.

Awesome Jacket!

This is a must have outer layer for duck hunting over decoys in the field or in the water. It’s a well thought out jacket from top to bottom. I love the built in call lanyard.
