Thinner than expected
Was hoping for a slightly thicker nap for more insulation. Even though XL gloves usually fit me, the lack of material between the thumbs and index finger creates a webbing effect. Fits ok for rest of each hand.

Merino glove review
I initially bought the medium size glove, which is my usual size, but noticed that the webbing/palm area was quite tight between the thumb and index finger. I re-ordered a large. The glove fits somewhat better. The fingers all fit, but again the thumb area was somewhat tight with a limited movement of the thumb and webbing in between. Not able to actually extend all fingers without significantly stretching the palm.

Substitute gloves
I bought these gloves to replace the left glove which I lost. They will match my fanatic gloves, old style. I tried to buy fanatic gloves, but the design has been changed and they are way too tight no matter what size I bought. These gloves are true to size and comfortable. I haven’t worn them in cold weather yet so I can’t comment on the warmth factor I bought them primarily to use during early in mid archery season.

Warm, Thin and Touch Screen Friendly
I have purchased roughly 10 pairs of gloves over my 15 year bowhunting career. Late season is not fun for bow. Dexterity however is key. These gloves are very warm for their thickness. When it’s below 20 degrees, I use a muff. The touch screen compatible thumb and forefinger activate the camera feature on my Apple Watch for self filming my hunts. I’d prefer a black color since I am a ground blind hunter. So far the colt color hasn’t spooked a deer at full draw so.

Definitely a light weight glove if you looking for something warm go higher up the ladder these fit perfect with my set up i use a hand muffler with warmers and so these are nice light weight gloves that keep my hands warm out of the muffler and don't affect my shooting a lot they do fit nice under larger gloves which I would recommend if you're setting up a saddle or anything in Sub-Zero Temps
