Nice Jacket!

Overall I would say it is a great jacket for sure! I would not pay full price for this jacket but I feel like it was worth it at the sale price. I am 5' 11" and weigh 180 lbs with a 34" waist. I usually take a large in everything but I tried both the medium and the large. I went with the medium but it is snug at the waist and a little snug in the shoulders. I have the cinches all the way out on the waist and it is still snug. The large was better in the waist but too big up top. I like having the option to cinch up the waist but in this jacket I unfortunately do not have that option. At this price point I would also like to see better zippers on the chest pocket and the hand pockets. It is a super warm jacket and I love the fleece lined hand pockets. I would recommend for sure if you can catch it on sale.

This is Great

This has become my everyday jacket. It is really warm. It also works as a great mid-layer for travel to the blind or a way to knock the wind chill off. It's 100% windproof and keeps the light rain off. On 20-degree mornings I wear this and a T-shirt to stay warm.

Its a light, warm, and comfortable jacket. The only negative comment is the hood is very deep. I would suggest to Sitka to add an adjustment strap or cord on the back of the hood for adjustment so that its not down over your line of sight.

Favorite jacket.

Medium is usually my go to. I am bulky up top and shorter so large is usually too big for non fitted clothes. This jacket in medium is perfect. With a t shirt it’s plenty warm or I can layer up with room to spare. It’s not overly big or small. This thing is very cozy and is my go to jacket fall to spring. The pockets are toasty as well.

Warm and easy to move around in

This is probably my favorite piece of Sitka I own. Toasty when need but regulates temps enough to keep you from getting hot. Windstopper works great. If I could give it 10 stars I would. My hope is they don’t discontinue this jacket. I own two colors but would buy them all if they continue selling.

Rover down jacket

It’s light wt and insulates well even here in the North Dakota frigid zone, the wind block is a must, it’s been in the sub zero temps recently with wind chills down to 30 - 40 below zero. You do need a good fleece under layer at these temps but the jacket works great.

Perfect EDC Jacket!

I’ve previously worn the Kelvin Lite Down Jacket for the past 3 years primarily for everyday use. I had unfortunately lost the jacket and could not live without it. During my search to replace my Kelvin I found the Rover Down Jacket and decided to try it out as it was listed to be similar. Absolutely love this jacket and definitely prefer the simple creature comforts such as the lined pockets, larger hood, and interior pockets not featured on the Kelvin Lite. If you are interested at all in the Rover Jacket you won’t be disappointed!

A fantastic jacket for layering, more durable than most other down jackets that I’ve tried in the past. I am 5’7, and an athletic 172 lbs. I originally purchased the medium but sent it back and exchanged for a large. The medium was tighter than I wanted in the arms. incredible warmth and style
