I like how they fit, but the top of the shoe fits super tight around my Achilles and after about 30 minutes the back of my ankle is throbbing. Need to make it wider or put a heel flare at the top

I took these boots on a fishing trip Alaska. They were amazing and just as waterproof as the rubber boots the other guys were wearing. Very comfortable and kept my feet warm and dry all day. Looking forward to using them this fall to check cameras. Easy on and easy off makes them a 10/10!

Ordered Buckskin 9 at first and it was too small. Could not exchange for 10, not in stock. Ended up ordering a 10 from Scheels in Mud, and a 10 in Buckskin from another dealer site. A 9. 5 would be perfect, but I can use slighter thicker socks and the 10 does good. Very comfortable. I wish insole was a little thicker toward the ball of foot and further towards end of toes. I ordered SpeedFeet insoles to replace current ones. Otherwise, great boot. Very comfortable. And extremely lightweight. I think that’s what surprised me the most, they’re possibly the lightest pair of shoes I have.

Love the boot. Fits true to size and is very comfortable. Would not use for actual long walks or hikes bc the movement around the stretch opening will give you blisters. They are perfect as an all around boot to hang out with at camp, drive to and from your spot, and similiar activities. They will be excellent for my intended uses for this boot.

I really wanted this to work. Sitka's web page for the Rover GTX LTH boot under Features says "If you wear a half size, we recommend sizing down to the next whole size". I knew this didn't make sense but I ordered anyway. I wear size 8. 5, ordered a size 8 per Sitka's recommendation and it was, of course, too small. The size 8 is true-to-size so I'm not sure why they advise going down a size instead up. Three stars for Sitka's flawed sizing recommendation. The boot quality is fine. Width is slightly wider than medium. Sitka allows one size exchange.

Hate to write a review like this but hopefully make others aware. The fit was good when I tried them on. Nice and snug. After walking around within the first 30 minutes it is rubbing the back of my heel raw and it made it uncomfortable to continue to wear them

I use a 12. The 12 you have didn’t have enough space for my toes. So I ordered the next size up which was 13. Left shoe was too large the right fit me with enough space. My opinion is you need to go to half sizes and get your tolerances checked. And just so you know I have had my feet measured for a custom boot and they’re identical in size.

Shoes are really comfortable and true to fit. I wear them on the farm everyday. Durable and comfortable. The only issue is that I have to wear crew socks instead of ankle socks with them because of the gortex around the lip of the shoe. I highly recommend.

I'm usually a 10. 5 and in these boots the size 10 fits me well. For my instep in these type boots I always replace the insole with a thinner insole to increase the internal volume. With that tweak, I have worn my Rovers in snow, slush, rain, and they performed as one would expect a leather GTX boot to perform. With my insole swap, I have had no instep hot spots, which I usually do with this type of boot, and the comfort out of the box has been exceptional.
