This hoodie is amazing.
I purchased this hoodie for days that’s it’s too warm to wear my jacket, but too chilly for a long sleeve T shirt, it’s perfect. The warmth is incredible and the build quality is nothing short of what I would expect from Sitka. It looks great to wear around public as well. Sitka gear is the best! I would order one size up from your normal size if you plan on wearing under layers while hunting. It either runs a tad small or I’m getting fatter than I realize. Haha.

Very warm, comfortable little too small for me
I placed a large order with multiple items in the the fanatic line, and traverse line the traverse bibs and fanatic bibs in large fit perfectly, but I ended up sending this hoodie, fanatic jacket and gradient pant back for xl. I’m 5’10 195 lbs and wear 36 size pants in waist. If you plan to layer or are on the fence size up one. Hope this helps someone.

The Traverse Hoodie
My initial thoughts of the hoodie is that it is made with quality materials and has good mobility with the easy layering system they have developed. When I received my order I was skeptical with the price and if it would hold true to being worth the price. I was blown away with the quality of the hoodie and all the features, of the hoodie from the thumb loops to the DWR thats on it to the thinner material on the inside of the arms and the side of the torso. In the marsh I was also shocked how warm it keeps me warm, and when I have to get moving it does a good job of making sure I don't get to sweaty. Overall im impressed with how it does and even with the price its well worth it!

Fantastic Jacket. Definitely recommend. My wife wanted me to get the black option as a work around the house/going out jacket. I’ve used it in heavy rain and cooler weather and it has preformed amazingly. Now I have to buy at least one or two more for their intended purpose. The water beads off it nicely even though it’s not water proof. It does a great job with wind and early season temps.
