Fits amazing. Love that I can wear it in such a wide variety of temps. Great stand alone piece when temps stay above 50. Good to layer when it cools down. Looks great if I want to wear it to town or casual. Definite must have.

Jackets seems great! Really looking forward to giving it a try this fall as it’s still plenty warm in Michigan currently. Packs and weighs nothing. Super comfortable. I’m 5’9 185 and fairly broad through the shoulders and the large is perfect over a base and mid layer, maybe just a smidge big in the belly but would allow for heavier layers underneath if need be. With that being said I bought the discontinued color and the price seemed appropriate not sure if I would still purchase at normal msrp, but maybe this season will change my mind.

I purchased this jacket for my husband, for an Alaskan cruise in May. Temperature was low 50's and the jacket provided the perfect level of warmth and wind protection. The fleece inside is very soft. The jacket is light enough that he could roll it up and slide it under the bungee cords on his backpack. Size was spot-on.

You can’t go wrong with the entire ambient line. The 100 hooded jacket is a piece that I use for multiple kits, and it has performed flawlessly. This is my second one! Only complaint I have is if you were to catch it on something it might rip. It has not happened to me yet , but it’s such a lightweight piece there is that chance. I recommend it to anyone on the fence.

This is my second Ambient hoody, I had the original half zip first. The full zip with hand pockets is so much better. I'm 6' 190-200 lbs depending on the time of year and need an XL in all Sitka jackets because my shoulders don't fit in a large.
