Core Merino 330 bottom

I liked my first pair well enough to order another pair. Wore them on Alberta deer and moose hunt. I get cold very easy but this was my bottom layer and thought they did well.

I’ve got the 130 and

I’ve got the 130 and 330 for static hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling the 330 are awesome. Very warm but still breathable. Got a set for my wife , she loves them too.

The core did merino 330

The core did merino 330 bottom is a great heavy base layer for layering in cold weather. It is soft, breathable, unrestrictive, and very warm. It’s excellent at wicking moisture when your activity increases, which helps keep you dry and warm when your activity lowers. I haven’t tested the odor reduction qualities to the extreme, but after wearing it everyday on a three-day duck hunt in Oklahoma there was no noticeable odor.

Most comfortable wool that I’ve ever tried. right on my skin, it is not itchy. Odor buildup not bad. I wear the same pair consecutive days, Durability is good so far.

I use these recently on a late rifle elk hunt and I can assure you they were very warm. I wore my mountain pants over them and never felt cold. The temperature ranged between 15° and 25° all day. No complaints here!!

Not for cold weather

This is the worst cold weather base layer I've used. It might be okay if you stay active, but for sitting still in cold weather it is horrible. It constantly feels cold against your skin and leaves you feeling chilled. I've enjoyed the other Sitka garments that I've purchased over the years but the Core Merino 330 series is a huge letdown.

Solid base layer

Purchased these to replace a lighter base layer for a high elevation Colorado second season hunt. I found myself wearing them as a base layer to stay warm at Christmas Markets in Europe. These are fantastic. I used to run a bulkier setup with a lighter merino base and sweats under my outer layer but this pair of pants replaced those two layers.

This was a great purchase. Extremely warm and comfortable. I didn’t want to take them off. I would purchase these again. Don’t hesitate-worth the investment.

I’ve tried so many baselayers and these are by far the warmest and most comfortable. I’ve been told that wool can be “rough” but that is not the case with these. Super soft and comfortable. I’ll be buying the lighter weight versions for earlier in the season.

Love these!

Very warm and helps wick sweat. I ride a bike to my tree stand and in very cold weather I can overheat quickly with my cold weather gear on. These wick the sweat on the way out and keep me warm in the stand. Very happy with these and would recommend them to others!

You cannot go wrong. This camo is very light looks are deceiving I did not think it would keep me warm. We hunted in snow 17° weather stay very comfortable. Give these guys a try cannot go wrong.
