Perfect layer!

Overall great layer for colder winter days in the Midwest or perfect out layer for cool days in the southeast. The only reason for the four star review is due to the face mask being very loose fitting. Also the top seems to run shorter in torso area.

I am very happy with this product. It’s is extremely warm and comfortable. I love the hood and the face covering really makes a difference sitting in the stand. Sitka gear is definitely the warmest outdoor clothing I have purchased to date., and I’ve been hunting for the last 35 years! I would highly recommend Sitka gear for anyone who wants to sit all day in the deer woods. It just might make the difference in filling your tag!

Best hoody

This hoody was an excellent purchase. I’ve been hunting a lot this year, and between the cooler mornings in Wisconsin and now here in Tennessee, this has been an excellent second or third layer. I’ve often went just with the hoody if the weather was above 45 and close to zero wind. I definitely think any whitetail hunter would love this as a mid through late season piece of gear.

Expensive but worth every penny! I hunted second season elk in Colorado this year and this was my go to , now I wear it every time I hunt in Alabama and Texas.

Good, not perfect

Love this hoody, but I wish they had a tall version like some of their other gear. I have a long torso, so it’s just not as long in the body as I would like. Hopefully they will add those size options and I would buy in all the solid colors.

Great Sweatshirt

This thing is crazy comfortable. Wish I’d returned and gotten a size up though, as it’s a little tighter than I’d like for everyday wear. I have the heavyweight and the fanatic hoodies both in medium and this one fits more snug than those. I’m 5’9” 175lbs.

Merino is the Best!

I have been a fan of merino for over 40 years. I got my first piece a union suit, for a 30 day Winter expedition. We experience temperatures in the -30s for multiple days. I was sold on the comfort and warmth. Your merino line was a good addition, I know I will be happy. Great for hiking in, stocking, or sitting in the stand.
