Fantastic Jacket

Wear it for this waterfawl hunting season. No leaking at all in raining days. It is better to combine with Sitka Kevin lite Jacket as inlayer. Keep me warm at winter time.

Bought a second one for

Bought a second one for my teenage son. Such a versatile piece. It’s windproof and waterproof but not insulated for the warmer days. Fits over a warm mid layer like the Dakota hoody for cold days to lock in the heat and keep you waterproof and windproof. I highly recommend this jacket.

Dry AF

The new version weighs less and is even easier to move around in. And I’ve accidentally tested its strength and wasn’t disappointed.

Delta Pro Wading Jacket

I have questioned purchasing several Sitka items the last couple years, thinking it would just be another overpriced name brand item, man was I wrong! I picked up this jacket plus a Duck Oven and A Hoody for layering. These items sure would have made for much more comfortable hunting the last couple years. I plan to continue adding items over the next couple years.

Keeps you dry

Hunted in the pouring rain for 6 hours never got wet. Was the super dry and was really impressed with how it held up.

Delta PRO Wading Jacket

I am very happy so far with the Delta PRO Wading Jacket. It does a great job of blocking the wind and kept me warm with minimal layering. I am looking at purchasing the duck oven jacket for extreme late season hunts, but it is a very versatile jacket that can be used all season long.

Best rain jacket I’ve used. First trip was to North Dakota and it kept me dry in the snow and rain. No complaints.

Delta Pro Wading Jacket

Great jacket that fits true to size. Able to be used on top of my layering system. Can also be used when it’s 65 and raining as it was this past weekend for me. Cuffs secure tight and has a lot of pockets for storage. Also has a waterproof bag for electronics inside the chest pocket.

All Purpose Quality

I’ve used the wading jacket while duck hunting, running my boat, scouting in the rain, and going into work in the wind and rain. It’s been a great over layer for my duck oven and also fits over my neoprene waders. Even though it is designed to be a layer over something else, it doesn’t feel baggy if you wear it by itself to keep dry on warmer days. It will continue to be in my pack year round.

Had the previous version of

Had the previous version of the DWJ and decided to upgrade this year. Have hunted with is several times this year already and love it. They moved the chest pockets down slightly which are more comfortable. Inside pocket snd dry pouch for your phone was a nice add on. Always recommend this piece to anyone. Always keeps you dry. Im 6’ 175 lbs and medium fits great.

The BEST

I purchased this jacket primarily for fishing, with that being said I also do a fair share of duck hunting. The fit is perfect. I wear xl in all my Sitka tops. For someone looking at purchasing this jacket keep in mind it is a wading jacket so it will stop at your waist. When fishing I wear a set of old bass pro 100mph bibs so length isn’t a huge concern with this jacket. I’ve worn it once in the rain a week ago, and as most Sitka goretex products it performed flawlessly. I do plan on wearing my duck oven underneath as the temps start to drop, and For someone looking for a little better combo for warmth, waterproofing, and extra length take a look at the Hudson jacket. I love all the pockets on this piece especially the hand pockets up high for when wading (they are fleece lined). The inner left chest pocket also comes with detachable waterproof case for phone and wallet which is extremely nice. If not fishing or hunting it’s still a nice jacket to wear outside, and around town on a rainy day. The only con is price, but I have come to find out when it comes to Sitka clothing you buy once, cry once and never have to look back. As always extremely happy with my purchase, and look forward to this jacket providing me many dry hunting and fishing trips.

Best Outer Shell for Waterfowl

Love this jacket at any point of the season. Lightweight and waterproof, serves great during wet days of the early season over Core Merino base layers OR during late season snow and freezing rain over a Duck Oven. Makes life so much easier.

Great product

I purchased the wading jacket in earth. It is incredibly breathable. Also keeps you very dry. I have worn it in blizzards and rainstorms. Definitely a must have.

Yikes! This jacket went up 100.00 from when I purchased in 2018 from Sitka. Bad thing is my 2019 season for ducks was a complete disaster! No ducks for 15 shoots through Christmas into January . No more feed in nw wa state. Not much water but I only hunted public. It was terrible. I’ve hunted for 56 yrs and never experienced a season like that fired 0 shots that season so I moved the heck out of far nw wa. I retired in ‘19 due to health and living in Wyoming I’m still wearing in town lol and fo dream of holding my first duck with my Sitka rain jacket in. High n dry💪 I’m sorry I can’t give Sitka a better performance review from huntin hard!
