Favorite for comfort, warmth and style. The hood with facial zip is also the perfect thing to cut the early morning chill! The fabric does have heavy pulling when worn as a mid layer. Sitka said that is normal wear. Probably worn as a mid layer 3-4 times. Would not expect it with a quality fabric. It is very comfortable and fits true to siz

I own 4 of these in 2 different sizes. 5’9”, 185. Medium is perfect mid layer with a merino base. Large works well for a casual everyday fit. I wear them in the field, on the boat, by the fire. In the everyday rotation, with 2-3 years of wear. Stitching has held up, fabric is quilted for warmth, and durable.

Great balanced product
This was the last of my Sitka hoodie purchases and I was concerned that either (1) it would be a minimal increase in insulation over the medium weight hoodie or (2) it would be so heavy as to lose the lightweight-ness of the merino hoodie series. Sitka did a great job here by avoiding both of those issues. It's light in weight, but still fairly thick. Looking forward to having it as a base layer on some cow elk hunts in the near future late seasons!
