New favorite cold-weather hat
Got a chance to use it on a snowy Colorado 4th-season deer hunt for my son. Temperatures were in the mid to low 20’s. Hat was nice and warm, and very comfortable - no itch at all, without being too bulky. I normally wear the Stratus hat when it gets to freezing or below. But I found the 330 more comfortable during the hunt (material wise and I don’t have to align the hat with my ears like I do with the Stratus) and easier to stash in a pocket after the hunt when I got back to the truck. I wore an orange Traverse beanie over the top to be seen. I wonder if Sitka can come up with an orange 330 beanie for us Colorado late-season rifle hunters….
