Awesome bag. Much larger than

Awesome bag. Much larger than expected. Used it travel to Canada duck hunting. Was able to pack everything including ammo, frozen food and a dozen replacement flocked heads for my decoys we keep up there. Bag weighed in at 67.5 pounds full just below my limit of 70 lbs. bag is extremely light weight empty and lots of room. Only drawback is lack of compartments to segregate different articles of clothing. Was able to strap clothing and boots down with the three straps included. Hope the design team figures out how to store smaller items in the bag!

Well made product that works!

My father and I traveled to British Columbia for a moose hunt this fall (2024). The product held all of our clothing including 2 pairs of boots for a 14 day trip. Both bags survived 4 planes and baggage handlers without any damage whatsoever. Great product and worth the price.

Best ZIPPER EVER

International Bow hunting

Packed 2 bows and camo clothing for 3 people for a South Africa trip. We wrapped bows in egg crate padding and vacuum packed clothes in between. Paid for oversized luggage, and put a apple tag in it. Wheels and handle made it easy to lug around. Got filthy in airplane luggage compartment- easy to clean off. Will be taking to New Zealand soon. Perfect for international bow hunters.

The Zipper is Great

This bag is incredible. Went hunting in Argentina. Early morning duck, late morning Perdiz and afternoon dove. All three requiring different gear, including full waders. I’ve read the complaints….I had zero issues with the zipper, the clothes arranged into compartments and the straps held everything down. No other bag on the market would have accommodated this much gear. It’s big, …it works. Buy it.

Sitka Travel duffel

Used this bag on. 5 day mule deer hunt. Held everything I needed with enough space for more. Weight restrictions at airport kept me from packing more. Construction of bag seems to be very durable. Only draw back if you call it one is the bag is a little difficult to get zipped. I’m assuming zipper is made for water repellency purposes. No problems at airport concerning dimensions.

Lots of space

This is solid. There is a ton of space and the ability organize as well. I would buy this again the handle and wheels are solid and should last a while. The only very small downside is to make sure you have time to air it out. The material has a light but noticeable smell, it’s from the type of material used and goes away.

The BEST travel bow case!!

This has got to be the best travel case for a bow. There are several tiedown straps in the middle of the suitcase that allow you to tighten up your bow right in the middle of all your clothing, so it is protected as well as secured at the same time. Of course, the entire bag is made with Sitka quality, so everything is extra tough and durable. I bought this suitcase to fly to New Zealand for a hunt and it worked out perfectly. I had no issues at the airport with oversized bag fees or anything like that. It just went through like every other suitcase would and it came out with my bow intact and nothing wrong with it. I was able to get to and from the hunt, through multiple airports with zero issues. If you're like me and don’t want to take an extra hard case along with your luggage, this is by far the best way to go. I would recommend this to anybody who is thinking about it.

Fits Mathews Phase 4 33

Took this to South Africa. Packed clothes around everything after using the Sitka bow sling to cover the cams. Love this rig! United originally wanted to charge for oversize baggage, but sporting goods (archery equipment) receives a bigger allowance. You just have to research your airline policies. The internal retention straps worked wonderfully to keep everything in its place.

No Interior Partitions / Difficult Zipper

Pros- rugged construction, keeps clothes relatively dry, T-handle is great, very large. Cons- very large/ no partitions inside causing a large jumbled mess after moving the bag around, I cannot state loudly enough how annoying the lack of partitions is, the zipper is horribly difficult to use. Fix the zipper and add partitions and this is 5-star! Would return if i could

Lacks Compartmentalization: Creates a Jumbled Mess

Positives: This bag is well constructed. The T-handle works flawlessly and it rolls around nicely. The interior space is a lot (over 8000c.i.). It is quite rugged. It is not "waterproof" but having had it pouring down rain and also heavy snow, none of my gear became wet. Negatives: The zipper is an absolute pain in the A. I use this bag for military training, the interior lacks compartmentalization, sooo think about everything you load into this- ends up on the bottom-wheel end (or left as you open it) in a jumbled mess -because of no compartments. If I could return this I would. Sitka needs to add removable compartment panels, for example, to make this a really useful product. This is meant as constructive criticism Sitka, improve and make better! Still Love your products, you guys are awesome!

Giant roller bag

Great bag. I’d recommend a bag 2/3 this size as well. Bigger than carry on but smaller than this. This is a good set size for hunting and believe it or not skiing. So I love it. But there are plenty of trips that warrant more than a carry on but not this.
