Great insulation or cool day outer layer
I have had this jacket for about a month, and I love it. When I first received it I was concerned about how light weight it was, but it is SO WARM so long as it is not windy. I wear it underneath a shell in windy conditions or stand alone down into the 40's and do not want for more warmth. Favorite Sitka product so far. 5'11" 190lbs. Large was perfect.

Great lightweight jacket

Great addition to the layers!
I have nothing bad to say about the jacket. It was purchased as an additional layer to my system for a cold winter elk hunt in NE Oregon. It performed as expected and added additional warmth during my long sittings. The fleece is soft and warm. It also brought me luck as I tagged out on day three.

Bad ass.
Hard to not love. Stronger outer shell would be all I would change. Warmth to weight is superb. I've done this jacket with a fanatic hoody in 34° with a light breeze. Great hood too, can hear through it and it moves with you.

Not very durable
The jacket itself is great. Very light and very warm. Would have rated higher but the “3” durability rating given by Sitka is a stretch. If this jacket so much as touches a twig in the woods it rips. Wear it around town or underneath something else at all times.

Exceeds expectations
When I first looked in to Sitka, The price tags was concerning. I found my self wondering why on earth someone would pay that much for camo. When I unboxed it (even though knowing that it’s a layering system) I thought the material was thin, and was concerned about its durability. I went on a Colorado Elk hunt this past week, and absolutely abused this gear, put it through its paces, and I have to say, I have never been more impressed. The average temp this week has been around the 20° mark, while being colder in the mornings, with up to a foot of snow in some of the draws. Never once did I stop and think that I was freezing, or was I conceded that I was going to rip this gear on a tree branch, or I was going to split a seam while crouching. All and all the Sitka system has impressed me, and exceeded any expectations I could have set for it. 10/10 recommended.

I had the pullover camo

Very comfortable
I got a large, it fits a little larger than I’d like but is fine. If I wanted it to be a specific layering/hunting piece, I would get a medium. I wear it out in public often so I didn’t want something too tight. I haven’t worn it much yet, it’s warm but not great in the wind. I would probably suggest it from 55- 65 degrees with nothing underneath.
