I really like the lay out of the belt

Really like the concept

I haven’t hunted with this but I have already put my calls in it. Plenty of room for what you need. I’m not a fan of turkey vest. Too hot and heavy and don’t really fit . I have been using a backpack that I have to take off and use a lot of movement to find things.

Great Organization

I purchased this belt to convert my turkey hunting accessories from my vest to a belt before the spring 2025 Turkey season. I have successfully moved all my calls and accessories to the belt with room to spare. I can’t wait to use the belt this spring. Very pleased so far.

Good pack

Everything about this pack is “as advertised”. Plenty of pockets. It’s constructed very well. There is not as much room in the main compartment in the front as I hoped for, but overall it’s a great hunting pack.

I have not had an opportunity to use this turkey tool belt while hunting, but out of the box it appears to be very well thought out and will be very useful. There are lots of pockets and compartments, some intended for specific uses, like the call box compartment, others for just general use. I think it will be much more user friendly than the vest I’ve worn in the past. I’m looking forward to trying it when turkey season comes in the spring.

Awesome Niche Product!

I've always felt like full turkey vests were a bit excessive for what I do and wanted something a little lighter that keeps my calls accessible and QUIET! This is just what the doctor ordered. I thought about getting a second in case something happens to mine and they stop making them.

I really love this thing! As a long time turkey hunter, this design took me by surprise. It is quite possibly close to perfect for the minimalist.

Great addition to my armamentarium

Great alternative to a vest for run and gun or a quick hunt before work. Excellent quality and design. I augmented the seat with an inflatable one rolled up and attached to the gear straps on the bottom for prolonged sits. A Camelbak water bottle carrier fits nicely opposite the supplied bottle pouch for added water capacity if needed. I like it so much that I got one as a gift for a hunting buddy.

Like everything else from Sitka, it's well designed.... Perfect when you don't need a full vest, whether it be running and gunning or hunting out of a blind.

Simple and light

This Tool belt is no frills. It just does what it needs to do. there is a place for everything you need. the Belt has the easy access/organization for all your calls. The Box call slot is very nice. fits the call tight and keeps things quiet. You have to cinch the belt tight to keep it in place though

Very Good Product could be great

This is a very well designed piece of equipment. It’s very good for run and gun turkey hunting. However, it has one glaring problem. When you load up with shells, calls, water bottle, etc. all that weight does one thing….pulls the belt down over your backside as you’re walking. I don’t want a full on vest and like the packability and quick mobility this set up offers. However, there still needs to be some kind of strap system to help keep it from slipping down over the backside for those of us who skip squats at the gym. (Or the entire gym for that matter!) Even adding loops for suspenders would help. Those that wanna use them can hook them on. Those that don’t can use it in current form. The concept is great….just needs a slight adjustment I think.

This was my first year

This was my first year turkey hunting. I was concerned I was throwing money down the drain on clothes, calls, decoys, etc. The Turkey Tool Belt was not a waste. It fit perfectly and has plenty of space. The video I saw on Sitka is an accurate representation of the tool belt. The removal seat does the job. Only criticism would be the seat cushion may be too thin for some, for me it was fine. Highly recommend this for turkey hunters. It helped me call in my first turkey and go home with a long beard!

Sizing

Knew it ran a little small for my build so I ordered I size up and it fit perfect.

Underwhelmed

I had high hopes for this tool belt, but it for me, fell short. First complaint is the zipper pull tabs are extremely noisy. I cut them off and replaced with $3 Amazon pull cords, problem solved. The pad is as advertised or publicly reviewed, not for long sits. Pad buckles and cinch straps under pack are too small or too short to buckle one handed or behind my back. I do however love the box call slot, well padded and easily accessible. The magnetic flap will flop closed and make magnet noise, so be aware if you leave it open.

Very well made Tool Belt. A lot of storage but I feel some pockets could have been a bit bigger. This is my style but ended using the vest most season. Felt weighted down in the waste. I love the handle and being able to carry it.

Like the concept however the tool belt falls short for me. The belt slides down my waist no matter how tight I chinch it down. The Nalgene holder does not hold a bottle securely. Wish the box call holder insert was removable so in could store rain great in there. No place to carry a small pair of binos. My recommendation to Sitka is to make it more interchangeable and less universal. Overall good concept however I will be using my FHF chest rig and getting rid of the tool belt.

This is a great run-and-gun

This is a great run-and-gun piece of gear. I wear a bino harness and sometimes carry a blind or turkey chair over my shoulder along with my gun. The Turkey tool belt allows you to keep the rest of your gear off of your shoulders for those longer walks into the bush.

Fantastic piece of gear

The storage and pocket placement was well thought out. You can fit more calls than you'll ever need and it keeps everything secure and more importantly quiet. It will probably replace my deer tool belt in the woods this year.

Great run and gun tool

I use this as I chase turkeys with my longbow in the rocky mountains. Great tool, frees up shoulders - excellent for covering territory.
